When a voucher is generated through the SDK flow, Hubble can message the voucher details directly to the end customer in addition to showing them in-app.
This is a paid add-on, not a default capability. It must be enabled for your account before it starts working. Contact your Hubble account manager.
Default Channel
WhatsApp is the default automatic channel. Vouchers are sent to the WhatsApp number Hubble has for the end user from your session and user context, using Hubble's default voucher-delivery templates.
SMS and email are not sent by default for SDK-triggered communications. If you need additional channels or custom message content or branding, contact your Hubble account manager to configure them.
Sender Identity
Messages use Hubble's WhatsApp Business number and are not white-labeled as your brand unless a custom setup has been arranged.
